About

A little about me.

I started my career in technology building websites and apps, providing tech support, and helping businesses find and fix their vulnerabilities. But what kept pulling my attention wasn't the technology itself. It was the challenge of making complex systems work with and through people. That was what inspired me to continue my education and earn my MBA.

That curiosity has taken me across various industries and organizations, large and small, public and private. From a boutique cybersecurity firm, to a brand-new medical school trying to launch a simulation center from scratch, to one of the world's most recognized automotive brands, where I lead a global Connected Car operations.

I was promoted into management in 2024. It was a moment that formalized what I'd been doing informally for years. I believe leadership is more than a just a title or a job. Leadership is a daily practice of developing the people around you, earning their trust, and accomplishing great results through others.

I hold an MBA in Management, a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master and ITIL v5 certification. But the credentials I'm most proud of are the ones that don't appear on paper. Those are the fellow leaders I've helped develop, and the problems we solved together that we never thought were solvable.

Outside of work, I host the Better Leader Book Club at the Paramus Public Library in New Jersey. It's free to join and open to leaders of all levels.
