2020 – PresentLeader of the Connected Car team, driving operational excellence for Volvo customers' end-to-end connected experience around the globe. Promoted to management role in August 2024 following 4 strong years of individual contributor performance and demonstrated leadership impact.
Hackensack Meridian Health — Simulation Technician
2018 – 2020Supported the launch of a newly established medical school in a startup-style environment — building clinical simulation and AV/IT operations from the ground up for an inaugural class of future physicians. High stakes, zero margin for error, and a team learning to do something that had never been done here before.
Affinity IT Security — Project Manager
2018 – 2020Boutique cybersecurity consulting firm. Built custom software for clients, ran projects end to end, and worked on the front lines of security vulnerability assessment. Reported directly to the company president.
Roxbury Public Library — Technology Support
2014 – 2018Delivered technology education and hands-on support to the public. Designed and taught foundational computer skills courses. My first experience watching people go from uncertain to capable — and realizing how much that transformation matters.
