   Lead technology and business systems, overseeing CRM and ERP integration, process automation, and IT strategy. Support marketing and sales teams with website management and digital marketing.

   Volvo Cars

   Manager, Connected Car

   Leader of the Connected Car team, driving operational excellence for Volvo customers' end-to-end connected experience around the globe. Promoted to management role in August 2024 following four strong years of individual contributor performance and demonstrated leadership impact.

3. 2018to 2020
   Hackensack Meridian Health

   Simulation Technician

   Supported the launch of a newly established medical school in a startup-style environment — building clinical simulation and AV/IT operations from the ground up for an inaugural class of future physicians. High stakes, zero margin for error, and a team learning to do something that had never been done here before.

4. 2018to 2020
   Affinity IT Security

   Project Manager

   Boutique cybersecurity consulting firm. Built custom software for clients, ran projects end to end, and worked on the front lines of security vulnerability assessment. Reported directly to the company president.

5. 2014to 2018
   Roxbury Public Library

   Technology Support

   Delivered technology education and hands-on support to the public. Designed and taught foundational computer skills courses. My first experience watching people go from uncertain to capable — and realizing how much that transformation matters.
