In 2026, I started hosting a monthly leadership and business book club at the Paramus Public Library. The idea was simple: get a room of people from different industries, backgrounds, and career stages together to read and talk about what it actually means to lead.

Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl

Psychiatrist Viktor Frankl survived three years in Nazi concentration camps and emerged with a conviction that the deepest human drive is not pleasure or power but the search for meaning. His account of what allowed some prisoners to endure, and the therapy he built from it, speaks directly to how leaders find purpose in hardship and help others do the same.
